re: NEXT TO NORMAL tickets

It's gonna be thru Telecharge,
The Box office opens March 2nd(I think) and I don't think they're gonna sell em early online.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong

Oh, don't worry, they will.

re: NEXT TO NORMAL tickets

The original notice announcing the opeing at the Longacre stated tix were going on sale immmediately (I thought) but that didn't happen, because (I'm guessing) of waiting for the Booth.

I'd just keep checking.

re: NEXT TO NORMAL tickets

A press release by made available per ticket availability. Fear not, my friends.

re: NEXT TO NORMAL tickets

The Longacre press release said box office March 2 but did not indicate a differnce in online (and certainly never said "immediately"). The Booth press release didn't give a date at all. Just through Telecharge.

re: NEXT TO NORMAL tickets

Hey JordanGirl,

Lisa K. from nexttonormal.org. You know I don't come here often. Favor please, since you're the one (I need to say) who found this information first and contributed to the informing of this site, leading them to get the information out first.

Everyone else who's reading this; forgive me. I'm running... I haven't read all the posts here (I know this is in the wrong place!)

JordanGirl, please post this as a separate thread for me:

Everyone, pls. ignore the user name. We're working on an official one. As you can imagine, everything is "under construction".

Thanks, as always,

re: NEXT TO NORMAL tickets

The original press release did say " Tickets, priced $25.00 - $115.00, are available now and can be purchased at www.Telecharge.com or by calling 212-239-6200. The box office will officially open on March 2."

And now that the Booth's been confirmed, I think it would be a good idea to start selling those tickets. The more advance sales, the better.

re: NEXT TO NORMAL tickets

Pulled from the original playbill.com article when it was the Longacre...

The Longacre Theatre is located in Manhattan at 222 West 48th Street. Tickets, priced $25-$115, can be purchased by calling (212) 239-6200 or by visiting www.Telecharge.com. The box office will open March 2.

No now.

Neither here nor there. I agree hopefully they will put them on sale soon.

re: NEXT TO NORMAL tickets

My quote was from the BWW article. I guess the BWW writer was wrong and that one extra word caused quite some confusion (I'm sure I'm not the only one who's checking Telecharge several times a day :))

re: NEXT TO NORMAL tickets

Let me add that I also saw the word Now in the BWW article last week. I was extremely excited by that, and immediately tried to look for tickets to no avail.

I hope they do get the tickets on sale soon, now that the theater is set.

re: NEXT TO NORMAL tickets

Thanks for checking the article itself...I thought I had gone back to CHECK when the tix were on sale; and that the BWW article said now.

Soon, soon.

re: NEXT TO NORMAL tickets

I didn't bother with the BWW article since the Playbill one popped up first for me. That's why I missed it.

But no, you're not the only one who's been checking several times a day. :)
