NYC Trip 2008

Every year there is a group of people that I go with on a trip to NYC. We see 3 shows every year. What should we see. We are for sure seeing 9 to 5. Anyone got any other rec's?

Cages or wings? Which do you prefer? Ask the birds. Fear or love, baby? Don't say the answer Actions speak louder than words. (Tick, Tick... BOOM!)

My vote for musicals are:
-Gypsy
-In The Heights (I'm with the crowd on those two)
-Tale of Two Cities
I'd rather be reckless than rockless.

1-These threads are repetitive. Make your own choice.
2-No one knows what will play in June of 2009.
3-Maybe "9 to 5" won't last that long.

re: NYC Trip 2008

I agree. First of all, your thread title should be 2009, not 2008. A lot of shows that are playing now, might not be playing 10 months from now. This thread is almost completely pointless.

These 'What should I see' threads always get the same response: shows that are talked about on a daily basis on this board. Read the other threads, do a little research (i.e. visit the show's site, read reviews), and decide on your own what to see.

By the way, didn't you say that your parents were rich and they were getting you an apartment in Manhattan, and you posted several threads asking what's the best neighborhood to buy that apartment? How come you are travelling to NYC?
