What an eyesore. If the owners cannot bring it up to code, it should be confiscated by the city and made into housing for artists.

I saw 2 off-broadway musicals in the hotel's theater over the years:

1969 - Curley McDimple

1980 - Ka-Boom!

I actually thought the article was going to be about the reopening of the Row hotel.
