You all have it wrong.
All the seats that have the performers' names on them have the performer;s name on the armrest. Additionally, a donor could buy that seat to have their name on the actual seat.
So, for example, you could pay $15,000 for Adam Pascal's seat (or NAtasha Richardson's, etc.), and both of your names would be on it, albeit in different parts of the seat. Or you could pay for a seat that doesn't have an actor's name on it, and it would just be your seat.
So no one paid for the names of the actors to be on the armrests.
All of this information is available on the website, which is where I learned it all simply by spending two minutes reading it.
"One no longer loves one's insight enough once one communicates it."
The opposite of creation isn't war, it's stagnation.
