I agree about the whole "seeing a show 5 times" thing. I don't get it.

If I lived far away from New York, I wouldn't see the same show unless I had seen everything else. It's just foolish - you're missing out on so many shows.

Though on my list, I have seen a couple of shows more than once.

CATS - 2
RENT - 25+
TITANIC - 2
CHICAGO - 10
BEAUTY AND THE BEAST - 4 1/2
CABARET - 5
42ND STREET - 2
THE PRODUCERS - 3
HAIRSPRAY - 3
TAKE ME OUT - 2
GYPSY - 7 or 8
