Not sure if anyone knew this, but I found this interesting.
New Amsterdam Theatre
214 West 42nd Street
The ghost of Olive Thomas, a Ziegfeld Follies chorus girl who killed herself by overdosing on her alcoholic, womanizing husband's syphilis medication, has been spotted on stage and in one of the dressing rooms of the theater. She wears her green beaded Follies dress, her beaded headpiece and her sash and holds a blue glass bottle that is supposed to have contained the pills that killed her. Typically, she only appears after audiences have left, though she's rumored to appear when her contemporaries are in the theater.

Lovely, and I will be seeing Mary Poppins there in April lol. I have been in that theater before when I saw the Lion King.
Just thought I share....
All theaters are haunted.
Not all of them.
Well that was an interesting way to die, for sure.
all of them have some kind of ghosts.
Yes, you can easily find stories on most theatres being haunted. The Beck, Palace, Belasco, Cort, and Im sure more that I cant think of off the top of my head.
Just ask Chuck Wagner!

Every theatre has some kind of ghost. But when i saw Follies at the belasco, a person was very creaped out considering it is old and scary. David Belasco Haunts his box seat that he sat in for every opening night performance. And guess where she was sitting. In the Front row of the mezz. about 15ft away from it! I went back for Dracula and sat there also. Another lasy was more scared because it was dracula. But luckily {thank god!} she was moved to the orch., because of the empty house, and i didn't have to be bothered. Very funny
