It's Denise Faye and Denise Van Outen.
I LOVES IT!

LOVE it. It has more sparkle, and certainly not as dark as the usual ads (and that's not a bad thing.)
I just wish they used pics of cast memebers still invovled in the show. Michelle DeJean would've looked great on it, but she had her amazing Chicago poster.
I'm sure you've seen that all around NYC, and else where. The billboard version said "It all started with a hit."

Costumes honestly have nothing to do with it. No role has a certain costume. Plus if you look closely, you can see that Denise Faye is wearing her OBC Liz costume, with the scarf around her waist.
so yup, it's Faye and Van Outen. both hot indeed.

Like it very much!
...What happened next, was stranger still, a woman breathless and afraid, appeared out of the night, completely dressed in white. She had a secret she would tell, of one who had mistreated her. Her face and frightened gaze, my mind cannot erase...But then she ran from view. She looked so much like you...

Now if you could just please post the other half of that photo, Dirty Rotten Guy, you would improve my day...
(I mean I have it of course, I just like to see it around in other mediums from time to time...)

I actually think they should make this the new Playbill cover for the show.

NBC, is this what you are talking about?:
"The hallmark of aristocracy is responsibility. Oh brother, that got me, that did me in!"

I don't think that is Denise Fay..
I don't like it.... it doesn't really represent this production it looks like Chicago met the Dreamgirls movie ads

It is indeed Denise Faye and yes the costumes do have something to do with it.

But in this revival - the ensemble roles don't have specific costumes. The costumes are usually styled around the performer. I think Michelle Robinson spoke about that in her Gypsy Of The Month interview from this site - when talking about her famous thong/costume.

Wouldnt that be difficult to redesign the costume evertime that a new performer entered the production? I kind of find that hard to believe.

I liked the simplicity of the old ones better, too. It really reflected the aura of the show.

Yeah, and she is 10 times more stunning in person. I found myself focusing on her for the majority of the time that I saw Chicago. She really is just flat out gorgeous.

They don't redesign it for each new actor. But they reaccessorize the costumes for new ensemble members.
DeJean is indeed amazing. Saw her twice in the ensemble, and twice as Roxie. And she's always stunning. A truly wonderful Roxie too. My avatar is her as Roxie.
