I heard a rumor that Days of Wine and Roses are looking at the theatre. Anyone else heard this or what may be coming in?

Not a rumor, but Rebecca Frecknall's Streetcar Named Desire would do great in Studio 54. I really hope that comes to Broadway! I missed the West End production by about a month.

I saw the Natasha Richardson/Joh C Reilly revival of Streetcar at Studio 54. Anything to erase that memory would be very appreciated.

Days and Wine and Roses should probably play a more intimate space.

John C. Riley as Stanley? Ugh. I could see him in the role Karl Malden played in the film.

My friend saw the recent West End production with Paul Mescal and said he was the best Stanley she had ever seen! So, hopefully, with the ongoing strikes, Mescal's schedule opens up to do a limited run of Streetcar on Broadway!

Isn’t wine and roses at the Atlantic already?

It closed last month at the Atlantic, they are referring to a possible Broadway transfer.
