So... this recording 'Christine Ebersole sings songs from BLITHE SPIRIT' didn't manage to get released during the show's run as originally intended. Bummers as the show closes next weekend.
Anyone have any word if it was cancelled? I know its still listed on many places as having a 'TBA' release date so just checking if anything has changed since.

Nope. This 'new' recording was to have taken place this past April 2009.
Ebersole's last recording (with Billy Stritch) was released in May 2008 and did not include the songs heard in BLITHE SPIRIT.

Posted: 7/14/09 at 8:44amNot to get too far off topic, since I'd love the recording...but was Christine ever nominated for her Gwenevere when she played opposite Burton in Camelot in the very early 80's (I think 81), or was Lincoln Center not considered Broadway at the time?
