It's funny but if you look at the pics on the site, Norbert has such a goofy face in most of them. He, like I, have trouble taking good pics it seems.

See I'm not entirely sure it's just Kevin's policy. Certainly could be, he is the one enforcing it, but that doesn't mean he came up w/ it. *shrug*
