The most amazing part, is that he's never had a voice lesson in his life...oh yeah, and he's gorgeous!

Posted: 1/17/05 at 4:49pmI think he has a great voice, but when I saw him in "Ragtime" at the North Carolina State Theatre, he acted the role with the passion of a walnut. It was not pleasant -- "Make Them Hear You" sounded great but he just stood there and sang it...the same goes for any other time he was singing. Part of it could have been directorial but he really had no passion in what should be such an emotional role.

Posted: 1/22/05 at 11:14pmI have a Norm Lewis playlist on my computer!!! I love Learning to Let Go, which he sings on the Elegies for Angels, Punks, and Raging Queens CD. But my personal Norm Lewis favorite has to be With So Little to Be Sure Of/ Who Could Be Blue? from the Heart and Soul of Broadway CD. His emotions are so incredibly palpable through his voice...
