Now the cast of Will & Grace joins the likes of the casts of The Golden Girls and All in the Family for all of the principle actors winning Emmy's... Are there other shows I am forgetting?
I'm glad she won... I do think she's the weakest link of the four, but I still enjoy her thoroughly!
I'm glad she won though I was so happy! She did have a significant storyline this season too with the wedding and all.

I used to like her least, BUT recently she has become my favorite. I love her enthusiasm for life, her bubbliness, sense of humor and sensitivity.
I love her--very happy that she finally one. I really think her talent is underrated. =)
She is an extremely gifted comiedenne with impeccable timing.
She also has red hair. Hmmm...this sounds familiar...
And that dress!!! That and the red hair were worthy of a Golden Hanger!!
she deserves it! im happy she finally got her win...
i thought that was the best part of last nights emmys and the tribute to John Ritter.. cried my eyes out even though it was super short

What amazes me is that none of the "Designing Women" ever won Emmys and only Delta Burke & Alice Ghostley were nominated. The only "Designing Women" win was for hairstyling!!!

Debra did a wonderful job this year. She had a large story line and handled it with class and grace. (no pun intended)
I'm glad she won, she deserved it.

I was a little bummed that six feet under didn't win anything. It's one of the best shows on tv in my opinion. Especially Frances Conroy:) I wished she would have won!

Debra has really improved. The first season she seemed to be doing Lucille Ball impressions. And her hair was just scary.
I enjoy her a lot more now. In fact, I can't picture anyone else in that role.
I agree, Six Feet Under is one of the best shows on tv. I think Lauren Ambrose should've won best supporting for that show--she was excellent this past season. I'm not so sure that Frances Conroy was better than Edie Falco this season, though. That last episode alone of The Sopranos was enough for her to get the emmy :)

Maybe is is me but what is so good about THE SOPRANOS. I have tried to watch it and cannot stand it.
I do love SIX FEET UNDER and the new one CARNIVALE

I thought Debra's dress was absolutely beautiful. I agree w/ PigletH13 in saying that it looked great w/ that red hair of hers.
Jon,
I think The Sopranos is definitely an acquired taste lol. I used to HATE it too, but then I caught the first season in reruns and I realized it was actually pretty good, though obnoxious at times. The earlier seasons were definitely better in my opinion ![]()
I like Debra - I liked her better on that show she did with the guy from WINGS....can't remember the title.
ANYWAY...I just wish she would stop doing that pulled-down-at-the-corners-of-the-mouth thing she does when she thinks she has said something very funny... Very distracting...

I love Debra Messing. Even though I'm a die hard FRIENDS fan, I'm so happy she won. And she did look beautiful in that dress. I love her hair, it's gorgeous.
I'm thrilled that she won. I love Debra. She deserved it...I thought it was nice that all her fellow nominees seemed so happy for her.
I'm very happy that Debra won, but I think that Megan deserved the Emmy over Doris Roberts.

I agree, Megan definatly should've won Best Supporting Actress. It made me cry
Megan and Sean both should've won supporting female and male respectively. A little off topic, but Megan got married this weekend the day before the Emmy's. Just thought I'd share.
Megan should be winning in the best actress category, never mind best supporting actress!
I was happy for Debra. LOL I was actually at a bar in the village when she won, so of course every gay man was jumping up and down and hugging everyone. Now that's the type of place in which to watch an awards show!
I love me some Megan Mullaley, but someone needs to tell me how Cynthia Nixon, who may well be the best actress working on television right now, lost the Emmy to Doris Roberts.
I find it appalling that she has yet to be recognized for the truly remarkable work she does on that show.
robbiej, no more Joyce? I'm gonna be all confused by the new icon now!
