Is this an actual rush line or a cancelation line?  Has anyone tried it?  Any luck?

The digital rush is pretty hard to win.

My husband did this a couple of weekends ago and managed to get tickets.  Assuming it hasn't changed since then, they take names an hour before curtain, then you're free to leave until closer to curtain (not sure of the exact timing but I was shocked they didn't make you stand in line the entire time).  He arrived about 40 minutes before they took names and ended up getting the last 2 of 4 available tickets.  They're nice in that they let you wait in the lobby, which I was also surprised by.  He ended up getting house seats for $47 (or somewhere around there), which was great.  Just note that there's no guarantee you'll be sitting with your +1 if you manage to get tickets.

Have they still been opening up the lobby early for those waiting for rush tickets still? Considering the freezing cold temps lately that would be nice to know.

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

They do have actual rush tickets when box office opens. Not too hard to get.
