She Loves Me took a while, but I just got one.

Looks like they only released the first performance of She Loves Me. I can't seem to bring up any other days. Site seems to be having a lot of trouble this morning. Maybe try another browser. I tried three browsers before I was able to make it work for Noises Off and She Loves Me.

They released the first four for She Loves Me and they are going QUICK. I also scored an awesome seat to NOISES OFF, it appears that they are sold out now though. Not sure if that's glitch because there was a lot available.

Roundabout has seriously the ****tiest website. There was no place to input the code online. I had to do it through my phone because that was the only way to do a promo code. Every time I tried to select tickets for She Loves Me they would be gone once I added them to my cart. Very frustrating because I ended up getting tickets but they suck.

I was having issues until I changed browsers from Google Chrome to Safari. Works fine now. In fact, I was on the phone with the box office and he told me he could only give me seats that weren't together in the mezzanine for She Loves Me, when in fact I could see plenty of seats together with the code in place, so I ordered them online since it started working instead.

I could only put in the code when I was signed out of my account, then was able to sign in an purchase the tickets once in my cart.

Waited 20 minutes online and on the phone for She loves me....nada....and then the promo space went away.  Did get a pair for Noises Off though...that was easy.

That was the other thing. I called right at 10, waited for 15 mins and never got anyone on the phone.

Pam, She Loves Me still has a few available. Sign out of your account, go to the ticket page an put in the code, once you add it to your cart you can sign it an purchase. Hurry.

Seems like everything's gone now. The site always seems to have problems when the tickets go on sale with being able to enter the code and the dates not being clickable. This time it also kept saying the She Loves Me tickets were sold out, even a minute after they went on sale. Eventually it started working and showed a ton of tickets. I guess no one could buy them before then. Tried calling the phone number and it was saying the call can not be connected.

 

Plus, the tickets sure went a lot faster this time. Guess more people were aware of them for some reason. My Noises Off seats kept being grabbed by someone else before I could click add to cart. Didn't get such great seats but I guess for $10 I should be happy I got anything.

The code is always ACCESS10. 

I am shocked if NOISES OFF really sold out that fast. I purchased a great seat with a bunch of available, a few minutes later it says everything is sold out.

The place where you usually enter the code isn't showing up for me. I just bought one for Therese Raquin this morning so I know where to look.

Yep, I mentioned twice above, I only got the box to appear for the code when I WASN'T signed into my account. Then I was able to check out with my cart, sign in, and purchase. That worked for me, on Safari at least.

Tried it several times, and it said all tickets for the promo are sold out - tried for many dates

Yeah, sorry Pam, after I typed that it looked like they all sold. I would keep checking though because people can keep tickets in their carts for 11 minutes.

I'm a little suspect about how quickly they went. I wonder if it's just website troubles.

I would hate to think that it's possible for scalpers or brokers to have figured a way to game the $10 tickets we all look forward to and appreciate.

First time going for this type of ticket - is the site always this bad on release day? I managed to load the code by passing it as an URL variable.
