Read my ticketmaster thread for an explanation, but I have another issue now...my tickets that i purchased on the phone are still available online. what the hell!? does anyone know what might be wrong?

Just call and confirm.
Sometimes the website doesn't update information right away, and if someone tries to buy those tickets, it would just say they are "unavailable at the moment".

Do confirm, though.

I assume you've already contacted Ticketmaster about this?
