There's plenty of chili. During intermission the stage becomes the place where chili is served, cafeteria style. There are two main lines and it's a small enough theater that anyone can go get the chili. Its a pretty small cup. The corn bread is really good.

I sat on the floor on the extreme end farthest away from the horseshoe and to be honest I missed a lot because the backs of the characters were often turned. Also the placement of the mike is on the other end of the stage, so the rare times when the cast takes to the mike and starts belting I kept thinking how much better a seat closer to the center would be.

Another warning: in the act 2 dream ballet if you're on the ends you get sprayed with dry ice. But overall there's not a bad seat in the theater and considering I picked up the tikcets 5 minutes before the show started at tkts not bad at all.

Can anyone comment on the view from row K? I’m in K 108. I snagged the last “cheap” (still $79 plus fees) seat that was available on the day I wanted to go as the reviews were coming in very hot.

Also can anyone confirm the running time of the show? It says 2 hours and 45 minutes. I am thinking of seeing a show that starts 15 minutes after Oklahoma ends and not sure if it is possible. (Though according to google maps, the The Anne L. Bernstein Theater is a one minute walk away)

Just in case we end up going, what are people's experiences with the 400 section? Are they the worst seats in the house? Are you blocked off from parts of the show? Or are they basically fine, just with some cons? If you sit in the 400 section, are the odd or even sides better?

We sat in row C, seats 232-230 and I would highly recommend those seats, or seats in that general area. We entered the lottery, lost, and then bought them as lottery loser seats for a considerable discount from face value - I checked right after getting the loser email, and there were twenty or seats to choose from sprinkled all over the theater.

Our seats were very close to the center of the long side of the circle, which was a great spot for viewing the show in general, and excellent for almost every instance that two characters had a close-up conversation. We could also see the wall with the projections and the entrance on the opposite side of the stage just fine.

We had no issue hearing the dialogue/lyrics over the band, and aside from the times the fellows next to me started foot stomping and conducting the music, it was an incredibly immersive seat. Since we were in the center of the row, we got up late at intermission and still got chili. But they did run out toward the end of the intermission, so if your heart's set on it, hop to it. It's good!

Has anyone won the lottery for this show? Where are the seats, are they any good?

No, there's no meat in the chili.

Anyone seat in the non-premium floor seats? I had premium seats for the show last night that got cancelled, and the prices have gone up so I am looking at alternative seats. Has anyone sat in FL 412 or 411? Those are the non-premium floor seats closest to the middle. My worry is we'll be too far from the middle and too close to see the projections on the wall.

I would not sit there - it's not worth it. Just get Row A in the orchestra on any of the other sections, and you'll still have an amazing experience. (That's what I did!)

Copy that. I'd go for Row D. It's up to you - but I've sat in the the first row behind the tables, and the very last row of the theater all the way above the banners. It's an exquisite experience no matter what, it just depends on if you want the novelty of sitting at a table, which is a completely valid reason! Maybe someone else can speak to it, but I would not sit on that far end of the theater."

Thanks for the help, I am trying to see if they'll give me the same seats for the price I paid, but if not I will probably take your advice and sit in the center but further back

Those are great seats! I've only seen the show at CITS from the 100s, and have loved the view each time. I also saw Fun Home from almost your exact seats a few times, so you're all good!
