I had heard the story about the actor dying during the show, but didn't know it was during/after Go Visit Your Grandmother.

That number is between Eddie the young Bellhop and one of the Older female characters. But I guess the staging could have included more of the actors.

I love this show. Did it years ago as Eddie. Fave songs are:
Home, Yes, Go Visit, Old Folks, What do you See...

Gr8 show.

Can't wait to graduate to one of the old folks in the show.

I agree it's time for a revival. Can you imagine the cast they could get now?

They just announced it for ENCORES! next spring.

I haven't been this excited for a Encores production in a while! I hope that this will spark some producers interest in reviving it (with some book work of course).
