Yes the video is still there and Cameron gives himself credit for in his words 'starting the West End's love affair of Sondheim' or something of the sort. I do think his presence feels less imposing than it did on the one-night original concert, though (and in general the show is much better than what was filmed for that concert).
Thanks, binau. Hey, did you see the JUDY movie? Remember the part where Judy is performing in London, and after the show goes back to the apartment of a stage door-er? This could be your chance to finally see Bernadette's Mrs. Lovett. Bring her home with you next time, and get a private performance. Act quick while Mandy is still in town!
I will go out on a limb and predict this is what the Majestic will reopen with if it does transfer. Something special and then bring in a show for an open run.
I wouldn’t put too much pressure on that limb.

hahaha yes that would be the dream. P.s., for those wondering (or not but now might) Mandy and Bernadette are actually performing quite close to each other at the moment. Notice Mandy's Marquee in the distance on the left, and Old Friends marquee on the right (note this is actually the same theatre that the Company revival was at, not at the Sondheim theatre where the concert was originally. So to have seen both Patti LuPone and Bernadette perform Sondheim on the same stage in London is pretty cool (and in fact, Sondheim himself was sitting in the same audience as me at the Company closing). And backstage at Old Friends:
