Old Threads on Laura Benanti

If you go and search Laura Benanti's name on BWW and click on Message Boards and click the last page of messages, there are a whole crop of threads and posts about her that aren't very nice. I guess the whole news about her neck years later is sort of embarrassing for all those posters. Does anyone know why people disliked her so much? What was this "stage door business" they are talking about?
Also FOUR broadway shows by age of 23? Insane...

I think some of the dislike came from her perceived persona at the time. She used to be much more reserved around fans--though lovely and funny around people she was working with. She has learned to externalize those traits more.
