So, if there's any show I'd like to see before the Tonys, it is this one. Has anyone gone lately? Is it even possible?

I was just about to ask this! Is there any other way to get cheap tickets besides HIPTIX (which are sold out), or going 30 mins before to get half price tix?

I believe they haven't been selling rush all that regularly. Whenever I pass the theater, I often see a sign that says they are not selling rush that day. Like other Roundabout shows, no seats are held for rush within the sections that are sold for rush. so if those seats are able to be purchased for full price, they will sell them for that price.

So my only option is full price 30mins before curtain?

Half-off of full price for students, but those can still be pricey. When I tried a few weeks ago, those seats were $70.

You could try asking for box seats for SR, half off $67 comes to a pretty decent price.
Also, I would keep checking for HipTix last minute. I don't know about regular HipTix but at least for Gold I've seen it happen often that seats that were released 1-3 days before the show and if they are in the section eligible for, in this case, HipTix Gold they were available for that price, even though HipTix was previously sold out.

That show isn't worth 67 bucks in my opinion. Just my 2 cents.

Excuse me, but you're posting this in this topic why? You're opinion of the show in entirely irrelevant to the question on rush tickets. Want to share your feelings about the show? There is a specific topic for that.

I'd bet he'd be willing to pay $67 to see his Disney Channel darling in Gigi.

I might just try TKTS. It'll be more than I want to spend, but I'd like to see it before the awards.

I went to the matinee at 2 on Sunday! Arrived at around 1:10, me and one other girl. We both scored orchestra box seats for $34! Great show and great view!

student rush and general rush are entirely separate here. GR is I think $40 and seats in the rear mezz, if any are available at 10am. SR is only offered starting 1h before the show and is 50% whatever is left at the time.
