re: On the Record to end in July

He knows I don't mind. Way to keep the immaturity circulating, MisterRussell.

You're pretty dense if you think I meant that seriously. I could care less what your avatar is. Mine's rollling its eyes; does that offend you?

Okay:

I am bashing nobody. I stated an opinion in my own style, and am now in the preoces of defending my right to have made it.

re: On the Record to end in July

Your opinion was blatantly bashing. Get over yourself.

I truly am thoroughly amused by this.

Okay:

I withdraw my criticism. Obviously I am not going to be allowed to speak my mind.

Happy, everyone?

luv...you are pretty dense yourself if you think I even looked twice at your pic.

re: On the Record to end in July

Russell you should be the last person complaining about ugly avatars when you've got that ugly thing accompanying your posts.

re: On the Record to end in July

Well, you certainly seem to be awfully fixated on avatars and finding them offensive. Mine is displaying an awfully offensive gesture, now, isn't it? Shouldn't that upset you? Hm?
Please, go ahead. Tell me it's ugly.

Oh, and yes. Please also take the liberty of twisting my words -I told you to express your damned opinion until you're blue in the face and see if anyone gives a damn, alas, there lies a fine line between an opinion and a useless, pathetic attack on someone else.

You'll be glad to know that you've just called dense by, and engaged in an argument that you have clearly lost with someone that's not very much older than the one with whom you originally picked a fight. Feels good, doesn't it?

So, that was fun.

Anyone care to discuss "On the Record?"

re: On the Record to end in July

I thought that it was insipid and reminiscent of high school swing choir. But, my nine year old liked it.

No, Mommy, please don't put me back in the 6th grade! I didn't like it there... *hides in the corner*

Bway11, feel free to promote your theatre at your own disposal. You're putting yourself in a very vulnerable position, though, leaving yourself open to criticism for "tooting your own horn," as it were. However, there is a kinder way of expressing one's feelings and you don't deserve to be personally bashed.

re: On the Record to end in July

First of all, I am being the mature one by not going on and on with you.

Second, I went out to lunch after school with a friend...no computer near me.

Finally...all you had to do was PM me and ask nicely for me to shorten up the signature. That is ALL. Not call me harsh names for absolutely no reason!

Oh, and I think that picture is great...I found it from some web site!

I'm not at all surprised. Now lets get that talented cast into a much better show.

re: On the Record to end in July

I thought about buying it, but it would have been for Emily. I might buy it for my parents, though, as they love Disney and I tried to get them tickets to the show while it was in Chicago, but the timing didn't work out.

re: On the Record to end in July

Iaccidentally started a new thread on this subject. I had no desire to see this show but I may see it now If I can get comps. But Disney is not known for giving comps out. The DCPA staff worked their butts off when Lion King opened here and they refused to give staff comps.

re: On the Record to end in July

MisterRussell - You did not state an opinion at first. You threadjacked simply to make nasty comments about someone's avatar and demand they remove it and their signature for no other reason than you simply don't want to look at it. Too bad. Then you go on to mock and insult him. That's not stating an opinion, either. You're just crying first amendment as an excuse for rudeness. It's been done before and done better than this. The only thing "smug, tasteless and tacky" on this thread are your posts.

re: On the Record to end in July

I find it's so much nicer to change your settings so signatures are not displayed. There's more continuity in the thread, a quicker read to the thread, and less distractions.
Rest in peace, Iflitifloat.

re: On the Record to end in July

I'm not surprised it's stopping...
I saw it in the beginning of Jan in Philly. We got tickets for my mother for xmas because she is a disney fanatic. and SHE didn't like it and almost fell asleep. Think about it... when a disney FANATIC (trust me.. she is.. our TV room is ALL disney stuff..) doesn't like the show, nothing will save it...
