I'm wondering if any sane adult who isn't a die-hard musical theater fan would POSSIBLY sit through this without small kids by his or her side.

Hi, Shirley Temple Pudding.

My family already left the room.

My mother told me she saw this when I played the Queen and I was better.

Not really, but we'll let her use that as her excuse.

That song was horrendous. Who the HELL wrote that ending and thought Carol Burnett could pull that off?

I miss ONCE UPON A MATTRESS. What happened to the show?

Maybe its just me- but Denis' Dauntless reminds me a bit too much like Oscar in charity. . .I'm not seeing much of a difference if any at all.

The song was fun. That was a wicked ending for her.

What about the other TV movies of this show?

My dad left pretty early. My mom's stuck it out, but she's not really enjoying it except for Denis.

I really miss Jane White. Carol is just too NICE.

Denis can do no wrong in my book. He's very sweet and beguiling.

I find him to be utterly the same in everything.

His TAKE ME OUT performance (wonderful) was copied for ASSASSINS - and it didn't work.

His SWEET CHARITY performance (gay?) is the same here. He's quickly falling into the nathan lane category.

I think Tracey's voice is very good and I like the orchestrations. The direction is pretty bad and the set is horrendous.

Haha. Whoops, posted before I read... Normandy was cute. Nightingale, however, was obnoxious and creepy and Carol's ending just didn't work.

Very Soft Shoes is a great song and I'll miss it... *le sigh* This is getting outrageous. Still swooning over Matt though. re: 'Once Upon a Mattress' Time

And yeah, that Jordan Gelber commercial's been on for a while... I spazzed the first time I saw it, and my mother was confused. My goal in life = confusing my parents with Broadway references. re: 'Once Upon a Mattress' Time

Can't believe they cut the best song in the whole score -- even though, as said before, it is easily removable.
