Yo, nimrod (yes, nimrod!).
You could have easily edited your original post. You didn't need to create a whole new one just to correct yourself.
If you open up your original post, at the bottom it says: edit message. You make corrections to ANY of your posts that way. Yes, even AFTER you've posted them.

Nimrod means 'rebel' or 'mighty hunter',
gee thanks BrodyFosse123!
melodyrose, it is perfectly understandable that you did not know how to edit an original post. There are no posted "instructions," and it sometimes takes a while to figure out how everything works. But I suppose you HAVE already figured out that some people are just rude. While there is a plausible reason to explain why you didn't know how to revise your post, there is no excuse for condescending, obnoxious, hypocritical name-calling. Hope you're having fun!

Miss P-
I hope you didn't mean that I was name calling. I didn't know what nimrod meant so I googled it.
Nasty people just need more fiber!
There was no need to be rude but there are actually written rules. Not sure if editing is included, but it probably is. Here is the link. It's 10 pages long but worth looking at.

The "written rules" do not explain that you can edit your OP. Besides, I didn't say there were no "written rules." I said "written instructions." There is a difference. (BTW, those "written rules" were created by a poster, not Rob or Craig.)
And no, melodyrose, I did not mean to suggest that you were the one being rude. You were just trying to make sure that people had accurate information, which is a kind-hearted gesture. That's why I thought it was mean-spirited and inappropriate for someone to call you a "nimrod" simply because you didn't know something that he did. It was meant to be offensive and it was.
FINALLY! Someone was bright enough to LEARN what the actually definition of 'nimrod' is. Its been misused for eons that many assume it implies a moron, idiot, et al. I always try to use it in that context when the underlying truth is I'm using it in its correct definition. I love seeing how people get bend-outta-shape when I call them a 'nimrod' when I'm actually giving them a compliment of sorts.
Kudos for being sharp enough to seek out its true definition, NIMROD!
