I've been waiting for them to announce it. It looks to be a pretty promising season. I always enjoy their productions. Can't wait for some of these!

Anytime Dee Hoty is on stage is a good time!!

PB ent...didn't you interview her last year for this site? Did you find her as nice as I did in SF years ago (Will Rogers time frame)? I love her voice and listen to her Follies and best Little Whorehouse/Public CD's all the time!

Too bad I won't be in Pittsburgh! (never thought I'd say that!!)

Robert Cuciolli as Captin Von Trapp? Interesting.

I'm assuming Miss Ripley will be playing the mom? Who's going to be Tommy? Michael Arden? That would be killer.

Anybody know what the Fall theater season will like in Pittsburgh. I'm a Steelers fan from New England and want to spend a weekend there this fall. See a show Sat night and see the steelers on Sunday sounds like a plan to me.

Hi John! The pirate king...of course!. I just caught him in concert in Jan. with the 3 Phantom's. His Henry Higgins was very good! A very comedic and talented guy.

Isn't Jacoby also a high tenor doing a part known for a low cadenza?

Not to mention that, uh, when I think of over-the-top comic gold, I don't think of Mark Jacoby for a long, long time.

His tenor is not too high and his wit is more charming than over top comedic. I guess the CLO thought he was good enough to play the king. He's played it before as I found out. We'll see when we read the reviews.

Thanks justme2! I'm 6 hours from Pitts. so I'll be watching and reading like the rest of you all.

aside from the boy crazy humor, im soo thrilled to DEE HOTY on stage again, she is sooo AMAZING. lookig forward to seeing her back on b'way (pos little woman now that maureen is leaving and dee did do the workshop...hmmm)

LOL! Phanty, she may have her reasons too! Ahhhhhhhh.....

I'm glad to see her be part of their season. And... I don't want to hear any more doubts about Cuccioli in "Sound". He is a great Capt. Von Trapp!
