Hi, I am planning a big theatre trip for the end of June and in addition to seeing a bunch of Broadway shows, I have time available to see one or maybe two off-Broadway shows / the others listed below. I like all kinds of stuff, there is no particular style or genre I dislike or avoid. I am just looking for the best quality experience. The ones I am considering are:
Off-Broadway
The Flick
The Sound and Fury
The Qualms
Dr. Faustus
Heisenberg
Significant Other
Guards At The Taj (Atlantic)
Ghost Stories (Atlantic)
A Queen For A Day
Others
Airline Highway ... if it extends into last June
Permission .... if it extends (I think this one sounds very interesting)
A New Brain
Of Good Stock
Does anyone have any other suggestions or think any of these stick out as being the clear winner?
Is there any chance something new will open for the summer in the Longacre (before Allegiance arrives), the Music Box (Before King Charles III arrives), or the Broadway?? I know each of these is unlikely.
Thanks very much

I hear CLINTON THE MUSICAL at NWS is fun. Also Lincoln Center's Shows for Days starring Patti LuPone and Micheal Urie should be in performances by then as well.

I had a great experience with Clinton the Musical. Got $30+ seats, 2 row dead center. The seating for this particular theater at NWS is stadium-style, so 2nd row was elevated and "far away" enough.

Clinton is a LOT of fun!
The Flick is essential viewing I think. LOVED it.
I really liked Amanda Seyfried in The Way We Get By as well, so if that's still playing I'd recommend it.

I think Airline Highway will be closed by then.
I believe the run of Heisenberg is sold out. Maybe you have tickets for that already? Or maybe it will extend?
I have tickets for Significant Other at the Laura Pels. I have no idea how that will be. I didn't see Bad Jews (same playwright).
I'm also seeing Preludes at the Claire Tow Theater at Lincoln Center. That's by Dave Malloy, who wrote Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812. He's going for a shorter title this time around. It's about Rachmaninov. Still with the Russians! Seats there are only $30, so act fast if you're interested. There are also $20 available with LincTix for the younger set.

Thanks for all the ideas, everyone. The Way We Get By and Airline highway will be closed by the time I am in the city.
For those of you who have seen The Flick, is the front row good or is it important to sit a little further back? For all of the show dates/times I have available in my schedule, the two best options are either front row center or 3/4th rows which are premium and an extra $20. Thanks for any suggestions regarding 1st versus 3/4th rows.
