I start by writing something (3 words max.) and the next person continues it by writing another 3 words and so on to form a story.
It doesn't have to be the same exact things that happened in the movie/stage show.
My first:
"Carlotta came out..."

Blood-red were the spurs i' the golden noon; wine-red was his velvet coat, when they shot him down on the highway, down like a dog on the highway, and he lay in his blood on the highway, with the bunch of lace at his throat...
