It has Pajama game, and songs from Thou Shalt Not(HCJ musical, orchestarated by him, not actually sung by him until now) sung by him and Kelli O'Hara (aka the best couple...EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Seriously. Too bad that tix aren't available...i want to go AGAIN! And see them together in more projects!

I just preordered mine through Barnes and Noble because they are listing theirs as an "exclusive" having a 3rd bonus cd with 2 songs (alternate arrangements) on it from Harry and Kelly: There Once was a Man and Steam Heat.

Pajam game= my new favorite musical...
I had to smile when I read the above comment posted by one of the newer members.
When the production was announced there was a rush of posts from people complaining about Roudabout's choice, that the show had been done by their high school and the show was oh so awful.
Now it opened to raves, you can't buy a ticket short of paying scalpers and people are proclaiming this 52 year old Tony winner their "new favourite musical."
Lesson to be learned? Maybe people should not assume that because their high school production was a disaster that it is the fault of the show.
Cast albums are NOT "soundtracks."
Live theatre does not use a "soundtrack." If it did, it wouldn't be live theatre!

im pretty sure it is the extra 5 performances added where the ticket sales go to a Hurricane Katrina benefit fund...the tickets are pretty expensive though!

I saw Pajama Game last night. The CD goes on sale May 9th.
I really enjoyed it and had a great time. Not everything has freaking deep.
