re: Patrick Wilson on Good Morning America

I second Allie's earlier post.

I enjoyed reading your "review" of this morning. He was adorable on the show and it was a seemingly good segment. Glad you two had fun (AndyHardy tries in vain to hide his jealousy).

Cheers

I say we make sure Etheb and Emcee show up whenever he appears in NYC somewhere...it'd be a hoot for them to get a collection of pictures with him in different settings. :o)

So jealous here in Buffalo...

(Etheb check your PMs)

re: Patrick Wilson on Good Morning America

thanks, AndyHardy. love the icon. Heathy was a HUGE obsession of mine when i was 14.

I really couldn't tell if he recognized us from Bloomie's. Emcee said beforehand that if he did, he'd say something. He didn't say anything, but it wasn't THAT long ago that he wouldn't have some vague remembrance, is it?

re: Patrick Wilson on Good Morning America

Just watched my tape of Good Morning America and I saw you guys and your sign. It was super--I even saw where they came back after commercials and focused on your sign and you and then panned back. Woo Hoo. National TV!

Patrick is such a cutie and I loved hearing him sing a few bars of "Man". How adorable. :o)

And, I had completely forgotten that they know each other because Diane's husband, Mike Nichols, directed "Angels in America." I'm sure that made it a comfortable interview.

Anyhow, this one was MUCH better than last night's Conan.

And, congrats again for Etheb and Emcee for doing us proud and getting a little time with THE MAN himself. :o)

re: Patrick Wilson on Good Morning America

haha, yep. My mother watched, but she's the type to call me after and complain that her daughter didn't get as much camera time as some of the other people. Whatever. I had fun. My grandmother taped it (she's mailing the tape), and was babbling forever about how excited she was. re: Patrick Wilson on Good Morning America
Some friends also saw, too. re: Patrick Wilson on Good Morning America

re: Patrick Wilson on Good Morning America

I saw you guys a couple times when I finally got to watch the tape last night. You looked great!

So how does GMA work? You line up outside, get brought in, and just stand there? I don't anyone that's ever gone before.
I hung out with Cheyenne Jackson in his dressing room waayyyyyy before he tickled D2.

You have to e-mail them and get tickets. You line up out front, and then they let you in and tell you what to do. You have to go outside for a couple of minutes so they can do the weather report, but then they let you back in.

re: Patrick Wilson on Good Morning America

I knew you had to e-mail for the tickets, but I wasn't sure what happened once you got there. It looked like you all just stood around the studio while the show was going on, but I guess those were the parts you did outside?

re: Patrick Wilson on Good Morning America

Yesterday morning, they said we were all lucky and that everyone was getting in. It sounds like they have more tickets available than spots inside, so you do need to get there relatively early. They let about 30-40 people in, I think. All that was outside was one of the weather things. It was like five minutes long.

re: Patrick Wilson on Good Morning America

basically, yes, we stood around. when they needed crowd shots, they prepped us like 2 minutes beforehand. otherwise we just stood there while the crew members entertained us. and we also got to watch the show on the montiors.

re: Patrick Wilson on Good Morning America

Couldn't resist posting this funny pic of Patrick being goofy at the end of a promo for POTO. He'd finished his message but the camera kept rolling. LOL.

Awww. Such a cutie.

EDIT: Thanks Etheb. You are a genius.
