The current house in CT is small at 1,800 square feet. She's said that the SC house is really her primary residence now. Of course, War Paint necessitated being in NY and CT.
I believe she moved to the smaller house in Connecticut around the time she sold all of her crap on eBay. I think that was all part of downsizing.
