I wonder if he’s written more music or if it’ll be a jukebox score? Much as I love the film and its soundtrack, it barely cracks thirty minutes even with two reprises included.

Over a decade ago, De Palma floated a similar notion--he must have intended to work with Williams. I wonder why his book isn't being considered. I think this could work really well, although I think the movie is so cinematic, it would need some heavy reconceptualizing to work as a stage piece. I'd really like to see it attempted, though.
