People, Places and Things ending

Spoilers : I saw People Places and Things today, but because I have a hearing loss and was sitting near the back it was a bit hard for me to hear the actors, especially during the ending scene (most important part, unfortunately) when she confronts her family. Would anyone be able to send me a brief summary of what happened? Thank you!

Her parents have a terrible time accepting her apology and are quite harsh. It is revealed that she lied about her real name in rehab the whole time. Her Mother takes a giant plastic bin from under her bed full of the drugs and alcohol she asked her mom to throw away. Her mother leaves her alone in the room with the bin and then...

^ Alsoooooo  pretty critical to note that in the face of this adversity, she ultimately calls the number of a Group to attend a Meeting for that night, implying that she is not going to give into her mother. The show then transitions to her delivering a monologue that may at first seem metaphorical, but turns out to be an audition for a commercial. And then finally, just like she had described in Act 2, a line of girls dressed exactly like her to fight for the same part appear, and as the next one begins the monologue again, the play ends.
