Howard McGillian plays the Phantom in all of them I believe.

No Phantom alternates on this side of the pond. you'll find them in most European countries (not including the UK, though), and in Asia as well (not including the World Tour).

Unless we're talking the Vegas production which is double cast with Anthony Crivello and Brent Barrett alternating.
