Don't allow the critics to decide on which show you should or should not see. Be your own person and make your own decisions.
. Go see Dracula!

Yeah, go see it, it's wonderful.
Interesting pictures...
Ah man !!! I was standing right next to Cindy Adams during those photos, and I am no where to be found.. I wanted my 2 secs of fame !! Oh well.... LOL
It is wonderful?
If you think that I have a great deal on a bridge in Brooklyn.
It is truly awful.
The cast and individual performers do the best they can but the book and score are weak.
I am being very kind as I have the hots for Tom.
But it was a PAIN IN THE NECK.
Gee, it's just like Alexander Woolcott himself has spoken, now that Corine has weighed in.
Sorry Macgruder.
I thought that the cast are all talented. The problem is the book and score.
The sets were fantastic and so are the cast.
But it was very boring.
going to see Dracula on Wednesday, and I'm going to enjoy it damnit!
Well I hope you do.
The flying is cool. But if you like it I will be surprised.
...I'll enjoy the trip...maybe not the show itself...but I'm going with two friends so we'll have a blast whether the show is great or not...
Just go to the bathroom before the show. The womens room there is the worst in the theater district. I hate that theater.
The bathroom has three stalls.
The theater that holds Sly Fox has 13 stalls. It was a pleasure.
The show was great too!
That's a very detailed review of the bathroom situation.
Corine2...thanks for the advice! and Craig...Us women need bathrooms...we can't live without them. Bathroom advice is very much a neccesity
Craig,
As a man, you have no idea the bathroom issues we women go through.(sorry typo Craig
)
It is important. When I went to Dracula, I waited on line for 40 minutes during the intermission and still did not get to go.
How would you like to hold it in.
It was a 40 minute intermission and i still did not get to go.
It is a problem!
I was cracking jokes to some very nice people on line. One of the women thought i looked like Lacey Peterson.

We need to band together and protest Corine!
"As a woman, you have no idea the bathroom issues we women go through."
I think you mean as a MAN I have no idea. Because I have never been a woman.
And I guess your review is based on a preview you saw, not when the show was frozen. Also good to know...
Stand up for the privilege to pee.
This is not Urinetown.I wish it was. Urinetown was a great show.
My editor took me to the show. I never got to talk to him in the intermission as i was in a long long line.

Magruder,
You hit the nail right on the head with your post, I'm still laughing thinking about it! :-P. Long Live Noel Coward and Harpo Marx! LOL!
I just got a bunch of PM's asking me what Noel Coward and Harpo Marx reference meant? Here goes....
Alexander Woollcott 1887–1943
Noel Coward called him a "caged cobra." Harpo Marx thought he looked like something that had gotten loose from a Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Plump, owl-faced, acid-tongued Alexander Woollcott, one of the highest-paid critics in America by 1922, invited mockery just as he delivered it.

Linda, another great job with the photos. And I do think I'll plan to see it. Even if the Black Widow of theater has spoken.
Etoile,
Thanks, I appreciate it! Go see the show and don't let anyone dictate when and where you should use the bathroom, LOL!
Why is it that the more people hate a show, the more I want to see it? Funny that.
I'm going to take my parents for sure. The fatherling is a fan of Frank Wildhorn so I'm sure he'll like it regardless.
Madeofgold,
Maybe you prefer to see a show that is trashed by others because you like to make your own decisions,
.
Forget Dracula let's talk about Cindy Adams sweater. wow!
