I went to high school with Jen Percival, who plays Trix. She was an amazing performer then, and I'm sure she's fantastic on tour!

Man in Chair IS cute...I also think the character works if he's, say, late 20s. That's plenty of time to be married, divorced and anti-social.

I have a friend who became very much like Man in Chair sometime around his 30th birthday. He's 50 now. He was cute then but not as cute as this actor.

That said, I would not consider cuteness, per se, a prerequisite for playing Man in Chair. I hope the cute actor is a skilled comedian with a deep and sorrowful heart.

John West is a good friend and he's more then capable of handling and shining in this role. I look forward to seeing him perform it. He is a young thing...only 24.
