bump for the photos...

Any changes to the Broadway? I am seeing this show this weekend...yay!

They still dont have BROADWAY production photos and I will be doing my 10/10 Report on Cry-Baby next week!

I think the number with the pom poms is gone if I recall correctly.

No. Still there. It's the prison mate seducing the cheerleaders during "A Litle Upset". The show's one highlight. There are a few tiny costume changes, and the pic of Alison and Cry Baby together during "All in my Head" (i.e. where Alison is in the wedding gown) doesn't have that moment where they are together like that. They spend the entire number apart.

The 3rd girl is Mona aka Hackettface?


I was expecting something like this:

I was kinda disapointed that she does not look like the one in the movie.. and she was my favorite character!

Yup, MOna's Hatchet Face. And I think that it's a different actress now.

this one? Jeffreydogg & WaT were telling me last Saturday that they just cover her face with some sort of bandage....... hmmmm.....but ?????

Act 2...there is a whole plot line with her and her face.

SPOILER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Hatchett Face is court ordered to get plastic surgery. At the end of the show she's beautiful...tada....SPOILER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I noticed 24601 when I saw the show a few weeks ago. I'm such a nerd...I was so pleased. 10 points for Gryffindor.

It isn't tied up with the movie, it is Cry-Baby's prison #, which is also Jean Valgen's number in Les Miz.

JayStar, that actress is actually the understudy for the pregnant girl (Carly Jibson's role).

Hatchet Face on Broadway looks SO much better than that photo of her. You won't be let down. =)
