So much for my great seat at it's supposed closing performance on January 1st. I'm happy, yet disappointed.

Sweet. Now I will have more than one chance to see it.

Fantastic! By then I'll be working and able to afford seeing it again...I've been aching for a fix.
"I don't really get the ending, all i can go with is when after several months,Judith saw Pat sang, and later she kissed him on the toilet, after that the story back to where Pat went down from the stage after he'd sung, and he went to the italian lady.I just don't get it,what Judith exatcly meant when he kissed Pat that she had seen, and did Pat end up together with The Italian Lady? Please help me,thank u very much!"

Hmm, I'm wondering if this is fact. playbill.com? I'm bummed, because there is no way I can go to their final show of Piazza now, because I have a show that I'll be doing at my school... the last performance will be that Sunday.
I was excited to be seeing the last show of Piazza... I guess that's not going to happen, but I'm glad it's extending. Maybe I can go up on a Saturday to watch the show during the 2006 season!
Yankeesfan... that still remains to be seen, because Kelli said she was at least staying till the 1st. I've heard that there are rumors of a replacement for Victoria, so that might be after January 1st... someone finishing up the show, maybe? I wonder if Aaron is going to finish the show till March now. I guess we'll find out soon enough.

Hi Guys, I'm not from America, I'm from the UK and was just wondering is the Lincoln Center on Broadway? If not, do we think Piazza could transfer to a broadway theatre? (whoops, sorry theater)

Very doubtful that it would transfer to another Broadway theatre (too expensive, plus the show works real well in it's present space). The Vivan Beaumont (at Lincoln Center) is concerned a Broadway theatre.

I don't think it's transfering... as of late. Lincoln Center doesn't have any plans for the Vivian till later on, so it was okay for them to extend the show. Plus, Piazza is raking in enough money for them, so they are hoping to continue that because it's percentage is still pretty decent. I think Vivian is considered on Broadway, it's just not in the theatre district... it's on 65th street, whereas the majority of theatres are in the 40th - 50th streets on NYC.

This is pretty much unheard of, isn't it, a musical playing that long at Lincoln Center. But it deserves every bit of its success. The best theater I saw on Broadway last year.
