Picking up Audience Rewards Tickets

So, I used my Audience Rewards points to purchase a ticket for Oh, Hello this coming Saturday afternoon. This was a little over a month ago, and when I purchased them over the phone, they said I could pick them up at the theater box office.



I wanted to know if I could pick up the ticket anytime this week, or if I had to wait until the morning of the performance. I tried calling the Lyceum Theater box office, and did a google search for their number. However, when I dialed it, I got a recorded message saying the number wasn't working, and I could not get through to anyone.



So, does anyone know if I can pick up the tickets at any time this week while I'm in NY, or does it have to be the day of the performance?

My understanding is that "officially" they can only be picked up on the day of the performance. However, in practice that's entirely up to the box office staff. (Anecdotally, I've heard of the Lunt-Fontanne being sticklers about this, for example, but YMMV.)
