ps. I tried searching for this and came up with nothin', my apologies if it's a double post...

So for anyone following this show, they finally announced the workshop cast and YOWZAH! it's exciting!

I hope it goes somewhere soon cause I reeeeeally wanna see it with this cast!!!

My only question is - isn't Katherine 44? Is Rachel York really older than Emily Skinner? I think Emily will read as older and it'll possibly be confusing...

Don't worry, Rachel does a wonderful job in miscast roles.

Did you see Ragtime at Papermill?
She's young for Mother, but was still excellent.

Very excited that Kate Whetherhead is staying on as 17 - glad that worked out. She pretty much stole the show in the original reading that I saw...wow, it'll be exactly a year ago this weekend...
ETA: haha, Andy, I think I bumped into you there and didn't even know it was you til I talked to you when I got back home to Cleveland - can you believe that was a year ago? I was shocked you or Gabby didn't post this already!

CapNHook, I'd heard that too. It's been forever since I checked out scott's site or journal, but a few days ago someone posted something about shosh having auditioned or being offered a role or something nad I got caught up with scott's journal. Not sure what changed, just appears that there'll be a workshop of the show that starts rehearsals soon and rehearses for 3 weeks...so I guess it's off hold now? not sure what' sup really

Nope-- Gabby keeps her distance and watches from the sidelines... and clearly has other things on her mind (WIW)... priorities!

Skinner is 35 to York's 34.

I agree rKrispyt - Kate Wetherhead did steal the show. Glad she will be in the new workshop. Here's the cover to the demo, which uses Kate's image.

GABBY!!!! Hey there, it's been forever since I talked to you!! New name and everything, huh?

Woman In White, eh? One of my friends (Elena Shaddow) is in that as is a friend of my friend's from college, Jill Paice (she went to BW which is like, 10 minutes from my house, a bunch of my friends went to school with her and I acutally got to see her in some things - weird) - I know nothing about it, but I do want to go see them in it...
