Thank you guys for putting up with all of my questions. I'm coming with a super indecisive group of ladies. I thought our list was final, but now the ladies cannot decide between these three shows. Any advice?

None of them have even started previews let alone opened so kind of hard for people to provide advice other than guesses and gut feels which would be based heavily on personal preference and might have very little correlation to what you and your friends would enjoy. Significant Other had a successful Off-Broadway run so you can read the reviews for that, but if I had to make a decision now, I'd go for Present Laughter. You usually won't go wrong with Kevin Kline headlining a classic Noel Coward farce... if you like that kind of thing. I do, but some might find it dated. Good luck.
p.s. I think The Price was on your list earlier. I'd see that before any of these other 3. An Arthur Miller classic performed by a great cast in a smaller, more intimate theater like the AA is right up my alley. But again, it's all about personal preferences and taste.

I'd say it depends on how much the group would like to see Kevin Kline in the type of role in which he excels (think Pirates, think 20th Century, think In and Out, think A Fish Called Wanda. Personally, I am in the same predicament -- can't see everything I want to see on my next trip, but Kevin Kline in an over-the-top role seems too good to turn down.

I have no idea of the merits of Gently Down the Stream, so I can't offer advice on that score.
Present Laughter is by Noel Coward, and if done correctly, offers fine entertainment. I can't speak of the performance level, as it hasn't yet begun. You should ask your companions if they like Coward's writing.
I saw Significant Other off-Broadway, and found it insufferable. A self-absorbed, navel-gazing whiner whines all evening long about how he can't find a partner. His friends are as obnoxious as he is. This one I definitely cannot recommend.

I saw Significant Other off broadway and it was a trip, In a GOOD way. The language was modern and I couldn't stop laughing, until I couldn't stop crying. The performance by the the lead actor is a true marathon and one that everyone should see. It's a play about contemporary concerns that we all feel: loneliness and friendship.
Honestly, I don't think there's a better show for a group of 7 girls to see.
