Posted: 2/22/14 at 10:00amI've heard that several shows that don't typically sell out in the middle of winter played to many sold out houses this week. Does anyone know if that is typical for the week of President's Day? Does NY really see a big increase in tourists this week?

Posted: 2/22/14 at 1:41pmYes, it gets busier, lots of public schools, particularly in the northeast have school vacation this week. Not including me, I know of at least 7 families/people that trekked to NY for anything from day trips to a few nights, all included seeing at least one show.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
