The audience was interacting with each other when I saw it telling each other to wake up or saying "excuse me" as they got up throughout the show to leave.

To be real, yes there is. The first number in the second act back from intermission they pull some people up on stage to dance in a circle. That's it.

As said above, they pull people for "Thank God I'm a Country Boy" at the top of Act 2. I'm pretty sure they only pull from the aisles in the orchestra, so if you don't want to go onstage, don't sit on the aisle or don't look like you want to go onstage, I guess.
