The Pulitzers just announces they are accepting submissions from canceled productions this year as well as web productions. Interesting.
If they do award something this year what do yall think it will be?
I’m guessing that The Siblings Play by Ren Dara Santiago will definitely be the front runner. What else is out there that might be considered?

This makes a lot of sense, considering the Pulitzer is designed to award the text, not the production. Given the circumstances, I think this is exactly the right course of action.
As for the contenders: I really couldn't say, since I haven't been keeping up with any of the streamed plays, and naturally, we didn't get to see most of the cancelled productions.
However, I would love to see Endlings by Celine Song get recognized.
Happy news, indeed!
Very hard to determine the contenders b/c I really didn't keep up with new works being streamed (I def hit a wall with all the streaming events).
I'd say these are most likely in terms of what we actually saw on stage:
"Where We Stand" by Donnetta Lavinia Grays
"72 Miles to Go" by Hillary Bettis
"Endlings" by Celine Song
"Grand Horizons" by Bess Wohl
"All the Natalie Portmans" by CA Johnson
"The Headlands" by Christopher Chen
Is Dana H by Lucas Hnath not eligible? I cant remember the production history and if it would have been considered last year.
I don’t believe Grand Horizons is eligible either.
I am thinking 72 miles to go will get a nomination but I seriously doubt they will give an award this year.
Ooooo I forgot about “Paris” by Eboni Booth at Atlantic Theatre. Also “we’re gonna die” by Young Jean Lee at 2nd Stage...
Don't forget The Lightning Thief.
I know that’s supposed to be a joke but it’s obviously not eligible. So at least make a smarter joke.
