I would, if I wasn't on the other coast. I expect reviews.

OK, first of all I have to say that Lexus sponsored a contest for upgraded seats and I WON!! but didn't hear my cell phone ring so they had to give the prize to someone else. BOO!!!!
Aside from that it was a great night!!
OK, quick list of what she sang. My apologies because I know I've butchered the titles of the songs. I was guessing for the most part so feel free to correct them.
1. Gonna Live Till I Die
2. Mercy Me (or Have Some Mercy on Me?)
3. Why You Wanna Make Me Cry
4. I Put A Spell On You
5. Georgia Rose
6. Traveling Light
7. I Know Where I've Been
This one I got on tape for the HAIRSPRAY fans. Funniest part is at the end when she says, "I Can't WAIT till y'all see the movie!" and someone next to me answers back, "How you gonna know when we seen the movie?" *sigh* I wanted to tell him she can't actually HEAR him but he seemed to enjoy talking back to her the whole show so I didn't want to burst his bubble.
8. Hard Times. She liked this one so much she sort of continued it with an mini accoustic version.
9. Simply Beautiful
10. She ended with a really great rendition of California Dreamin' which the L.A. crowd obviously loved.
I'll put up a video of the encore tomorrow (it's getting too late!)

what a great voice she has... I wish she did something on Broadway... I had heard rumors she was going to play in Sister Act but obviously they were just rumors.
I wish she still rapped though... she really has a great rythm and she was one of the very few rappers with great lyrics.

She has such a great voice!
I think she was a perfect choice for Motormouth!

I must agree with Popular and say that the Queen Latifah concert last night was absolutely excellent. She was in great voice, great spirit and great energy. Her entire set was great and she really got the crowd excited about every single note she sang. I think the highlight of the night for the whole audience was when she sang a song from Hairspray.

I forgot to mention a funny moment. At one point she wished the crowd a happy thursday and everyone around me was shouting back, "but Queen, it's Wednesday!"
Maybe it's more of a had to be there moment.

LOL! The exact same thing happened in my section to Popular! I wonder what was in her water?!?! She gave a great show!
