Sorry to start another thread on the show, but how is it pronounced? 

Is it

Ham-il-ton
or
Ham-ul-ton
or
Ham-il-tun
or
Ham-ul-tun

Sometimes it's Ham-ul-tin, sometimes Ham-il-tun.

it depends on what they're rhyming it with, i think

You can say it however you want unless you are performing in the show, in which case you will be advised how to say it as envisioned by the show's creative team. Eliza Doolittle would not say it as Eliza Hamilton does.
