Question About Past Dating/Exchanging Tickets

I bought a pair of tickets for The Color Purple for next week through Broadway Week (purchased at the box office). A work thing has come up, so I'm no longer able to go. I understand that all sales are final, but I'm hoping there's a way to exchange the tickets for another performance. Does anyone have any insight as to whether this is possible? Should I go to the box office and explain the situation? Thanks!

Question About Past Dating/Exchanging Tickets

If that's where you purchased them. Are you able to go another night during the same week?

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

Question About Past Dating/Exchanging Tickets

If you can go midweek during the next few week, I'm sure they'll have no issue finding seats for you. September is dead on Broadway. But you have to go day of to the box office.
