Question about buying tickets at a ticketmaster outlet

We are all aware bout the service charges that ticketmaster.com hits us with each time we use them. For a majority of tickets we buy they can oftentimes tack on an extra ten dollars to the price of a ticket. This is why most people on here would rather go to the box office rather then deal with ticketmaster themselves to avoid the service charges.
But, I was wondering something. Would the same service charges be in place if I were to go to a ticketmaster outlet? I work in a Macy's that has a ticketmaster outlet and would like to get onto the computer and get myself a ticket for Ragtime for Sunday. But, if I do that would I be hit with the same ten dollars in service charges if I did get my ticket through the outlet ?

Well, he did answer the question...?
Ticketmaster is providing you with a service no matter if you buy the tickets online or go to an outlet. Therefore, they'd charge a fee.

Are there any TicketMaster outlets still around? I was under the impression that they were now strictly online and phone only.

Something interesting, the event was supposedly sold out, and I couldn't get tickets online(on ticketmaster) or at the box office of the venue, but I was able to get them at the outlet. I'm not sure why that is.
