Hmmm, they needed to add Tracie Thoms to the "plus Rosario Dawson" comment. She wasn't in the original production.

Tracie Thoms needs to get more recognition for her wonderful work!

What great pictures. Everything I see of this movie makes me more excited to see it, despite my initial doubts. I can't wait.
There's always room for pathos - and jazz hands.

I'm not saying Tracie Thoms shouldn't get recognition. I get chills everytime I watch the trailer and hear her sing that note at the end. So mahvelous! I'm just saying that People should get their facts right. Otherwise, those who aren't familiar with Rent are going to think that Rosario Dawson really is the only new addition. Therefore, leading into numerous questions asking, "So, Rosario, was it hard to be the only newcomer to a group that is so closely bonded?" Also, if those questions are asked, Tracie would still not get her recognition. BTW, I'm not trying to attack anyone, just wanted to my point across.

Hah, I like how the two bottom pictures are "Taye Diggs (with Pascal) stars..." and "Rosario Dawson (with Pascal) stars..."
It is predictable (and understandable) that they would focus on those two to get the most publicity as possible. Whatever gets people into the theatres right? the one thing I am wondering about is how many times they will mention Timbrelake as a possible casting choice. This is the second major piece of publicity for the film (after Access Hollywood) and the second time they mentioned it. Do you think this is the question they will be asked all the time in interviews? "What do you think about the possiblity of popstars playing the roles?" etc...
I guess anything to relate it to something the maintstream will recognize.
Thanks for posting this. Love the pictures.

"At the opening night party, they had clowns on stilts, jugglers, a chocolate fountain, popcorn, hot dogs. [My son] looked at me like I had been holding back. Like, 'This is what you do?' I had to tell him, 'No, no, darling. Opening nights don't usually look like this.' It's usually a dark bar with a bottle of vodka." ?Chitty Chitty Bang Bang's Jan Maxwell
