I just heard that stage and screen star Andre Braugher has passed away yesterday at 61. Such a sad loss.

61 is far too young. He still had decades of work in him.

A wonderful actor.  I first saw him in Shakespeare In The Park productions of Much Ado About Nothing and Twelfth Night, and he shone like a diamond in relatively minor roles.  I later thought he deserved an Oscar nomination for Glory and loved his work in everything I subsequently saw him in.  This is a shock.  May he Rest In Peace.
