Posted: 7/13/07 at 4:47pmI read it in high school, and I will again before the trip. I remember being really intrigued and hoping to see it on stage some day. I can definitely see why so many people dislike the play, and the ways in which it could go wrong, but I trust Raúl to nail it.

Posted: 7/13/07 at 5:30pmThey probably have an Equity waiver for Raul. I think tx can't be more than 15 or 20 bucks, I forget which. I saw First Lady Suite, probably one of the best things I've seen, for 15 bucks due to the waiver.

It's supposed to be an ensemble piece though, not a star-driven play though definitely the Stage Manager works as an overseeing figure which lends itself to star-casting. I am with Ljay though.
What a beautiful play this is though, to me it reads like a short story even if it's so theatrical.
