Her name is Diana Von Fossen. Quite an interesting show indeed. A lot of fun.
Raul did this and ARCADIA in the same season. I have pics but they are the same as on his website. His Septimus was flawless. We were fortunate to have his talent.

Diana is extremely tall and standing in the foreground. I'm 6 foot, and I have to look up to her. But he does look like one of the lollipop guild!
